I have been selling real estate in the Calgary area for over 25 years, beginning in 1985. I started my career with a local, independent company where I stayed for 10 years. When the owner of that company decided to retire and close the office, I moved to Re/Max and never looked back.

My philosophy from the start was to build a clientèle based on listening to and fulfilling my clients' needs. I truly believe that by focusing on what my clients want, regardless of long it takes, is the ideal business model to follow.

This philosophy must have worked, as the majority of my business now comes directly from my clients in the form of repeat business or referrals.

There is a high level of trust between myself and my clients. My clients know I would never pressure them, nor would I expect them to make a decision without all the available information needed to make an informed decision.

I believe that by helping my clients achieve their goals, I will always be able to meet my goals.

When I am not working, I enjoy time with my wife and 3 boys, who are very active in hockey, skiing, lacrosse, bmx, music etc. I enjoy a wonderful balance between work and family life with the help of an assistant and other associates. This keeps me fresh and ready to serve my clients' needs to the fullest.
